Most wholesale labs go through periods where their quality and turn around time suffer, and we have gone through a period like this for the some of March and April. However, I am happy to report that we have made great improvements in both areas in the past few weeks and have turned the corner in these areas. We have repositioned some staff, and had extensive review sessions with those who assemble and inspect the product. This has resulted in a much better product being sent out. Also, there is a very determined effort to reduce the "days in house" for each job, so you should be seeing faster turn around time.
